Itinerary
Our service starts with your arrival at Srinagar airport. Meet & Greet with our representative and transfer by cab to Dal Lake. Check-in at the hotel/houseboat as applicable. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake and experience the ride on the lake which is also known as Venice of India, and the underwater world of Srinagar. Also, see the scenic extravaganza of Kashmir and enjoy the abundance of colors in paradise on Earth. Dinner & overnight at hotel/houseboat as applicable.
After breakfast transfer by cab to Pahalgam, also called "Valley of Shepherds". In Pahalgam, you can enjoy nature and walk along the banks of the Lidder River. You can also optionally explore the adjacent forest areas of Pahalgam (Arru / Chandanwari / Betaab Valley) at your own expense. Pahalgam is also famous for some trekking routes and is the base camp for the Amarnath pilgrimage. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Pahalgam as applicable.
After breakfast drive back to Srinagar and visit the famous Mughal gardens "Nishat" (The Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All). Drive along the seaside on the boulevard. On the way back, visit a local handicraft store selling hand-knotted silk carpets, shawls, and jewelry. On the way back, visit the local handicraft market and admire the fine hand-carved items made of paper machine and walnut wood. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Srinagar as applicable.
After breakfast transfer by cab for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, called "Flower Meadow". Gulmarg is 52 km from Srinagar and is located at an altitude of 8700 feet. Gulmarg, also called Flower Meadow, is a famous ski resort and the highest 18-hole golf course in the world. The place was famous during the British period. You can enjoy a pony ride (optional at your own expense). Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori (12,293 ft) first level and Affarwat Peak (13,780 ft) second level on a cable car ride (optional at own expense) In the evening return to Srinagar.
